Low complexity dereverberation

This dereverberation algorithm was made for hearing assistant and smart-speakers.
The complexity is minimised for power consumption considerations. The processing is made in the frequency domain, with a complexity of 0.3MHz on a Cortex-M4. Example of input file and output file with attenuated reverberation.
